Some of Troye Sivan's most iconic looks on the SWEAT TOUR so far
I feel the rush… the rush of the SWEAT TOUR and the well styled outfits that perfectly encapsulate the highly praised Queer icon hailing from Melbourne Australia, Troye Sivan. Stylist Marc Forne stepped up to the challenged and successfully dressed the artist in the likes of Acne Studios, Diesel, Kiko Kostandinov and Alexander McQueen. Making the looks of this tour some of the most iconic tour stage fits we’ve seen from Troye.
With each shows audience mirroring the essence of the SWEAT TOUR in their outfits, pairing jockstrap waist-bands with skin tight singlets, and electric neon-green t-shirts being the main star of the show. the SWEAT TOUR has become a global phenomenon, transcending past a tour and becoming a way of life, writing itself into history. With the rest of the world watching in on the exclusive USA only tour with envy, it’s no doubt that every aspect of this miraculous show has been studied, analysed and embodied.
Kickstarting the tour in Michigan on September 14, both Charli and Troye were sporting custom Acne Studios from Head-To-Toe. Wearing an ensemble parallel with the Swedish labels SS25’ range. Baggy, dirtied up denim paired with a plethora of belts to hold it up and a low neck black tank sporting the Labels logo, Acne Studios is a fitting brand to kick off the SWEAT TOUR, being a Label that embodies the same brat aesthetics as the tour.
Keeping in line with custom looks, Marc Forne styled Troye in a custom “wet” look from American LA based brand Star Cat - a Label that specialises in “wet” clothing. Putting the SWEAT in SWEAT TOUR with this custom set, Troye looked as if he was drenched on the stage.
With a tour as hot as this one, its no doubt that stylist Marc Forne continues to dress Troye in tank-tops, pairing a black tank with feathered pants from Milan based womenswear Label The Attico. Combining fur and SWEAT is a huge risk, but one that paid off for Troye Sivan.
Now what did we just say about tanks - rocking a custom tank with the word “SWEAT” written across the neck line from designer Di Petsa. paired with baggy denim and a thick leather wrestling belt, adding a masculine edge to the performers tour outfits.
Troye’s grungiest look of the tour so far, this custom set from Label A.V. Vattev is fitting for the performer - wearing a brand that has “rebellion” built into their brand identity it’s no shock that Troye would be styled in a Label like this. Being a performer to challenge the “status-quo” and break the rules, this punk-rock embellished ensemble is a perfect edition into the performers wardrobe.
Never without his second half this tour, Troye let the world know exactly where his loyalties lie - with a baby tee proclaiming “TEAM CHARLI” from designer Ian Charms. In an era of “charm-ifying” everything from bags, to shoes and phones, the jewellery brand was entrusted with creating two matching t-shirts for the SWEAT TOUR, one sporting “TEAM CHARLI” and the other “TEAM TROYE.” The iconic duo are shaping this next era of pop with special guests like Addison Rae, Lorde and ShyGirl, but it’s no secret that they’re still each others biggest fans.
I want to be on of your girls Troye. wearing a custom Dilara Findikoglu ensemble for the tours rendition of “one of your girls.” Stepping a way from the usual JPG get up and supporting an emerging designer that still embodies the essence and energy of the song.
